Confidentiality, Respectful Feedback, and Ownership of Ideas Policy

As members of any class or coaching group, we respect each other's privacy and confidentiality. Any work shared within the group, whether written or verbal, is considered confidential and should not be shared outside of the group without the express permission of the author. We agree to respect each other's intellectual property and acknowledge that every member owns the rights to their own ideas and written work. Any feedback or suggestions offered within the group should be done so in a constructive and respectful manner, with the understanding that each member has the final say in how they choose to use or implement that feedback. We will work together to create a safe and supportive environment for all members to share their work, exchange ideas, and grow as writers.

Missed or Cancelled Class Policy

-If you know prior to the start of the session that you’ll need to miss a class, please email us for options.
-Once the session starts, there are no refunds or credits for a missed class.
-Should an instructor need to cancel a class, they will provide a make-up date. Should you not be able to come to the make-up date, a credit for a future class will be provided.
-Should the class be in-person and cancelled due to weather, as a courtesy we will provide a make-up opportunity. If you do not participate in the make-up opportunity, there are no credits provided.
